<h1>Cam's History</h1>

From a young age, Cam realised that the world was missing something. 
He researched more and soon found that the world was crying out for a 
dictator and, never one to shurk the great responsibilities to his 
fellow humans, He accepted the inevitable need and took the duty upon Himself.
<p>

This discovery, in his early childhood, seemed confusing, because the 
World didnt seem to ask for a FWWD, but yet it obviously needed one. 
This apparent contidiction required a reexamination of everything.
<p>

Cam examined the cultural stereotyping as it came His way and soon 
realised that He needed to redefine culture and society, starting 
with Himself. He started to re-examine the 'norms' and 'values' of society 
and built his directions for the future of tomorrow.

<h2>Q1: This is a joke, right?</h2>
<p>
Let me point out that dictatorship is the most efficent form of government, 
hampered only by the quality of the dictator in question. Well Cam is 100%
committed to ISO9002 quality dictatorship. Just read some of his policies and

So, what are Cam's policies?

<h2>Digital Democracy</h2>
Although Cam's rule will be a total dictatorship, He knows that His power
derives from the Masses (thats you). You the Masses get to have your say
within The Structure. (Obviously Cam retains control of the Military and 
Police to keep you all in check.)

<h3>Shadow Parlement</h3>
The SP will be made up of something like the current parlementary system, 
supplimented with people elevated by His favor. The will argue and propose 
ammendments to legislation.

<h3>Digital Democracy</h3>
All people will be given network access to allow for education and learning
about the process of dictatorship that you will all live under. This also 
allows for true democracy to be implemented.
<p>
Instead of Parlement voting on bills, the Network will be extended so everyones
network access will be available for voting on every bill.

<h3>Approval</h3>
Because "the Masses Cant Be Trusted, Thats Why We Put Our Faith in Him"(tm)
Cam makes a solid commitment to examine everything that is passed and 
reject any foolish ammendment.

All bills are parsed by Cam for approval. Cam can also submit changes 
at will, as befits a dictator.
