Campbell gets some stuff from a shop and some cash while she is there. Once they are driving again, Campbell makes a compass to locate the Lexus.
While they are driving through the city, directed by some string and other stuff tied together, Campbell asks Linsey about her experiances at the hands of whoever kidnapped her.
Lindsey replies, "Ill tell you, but I only want to do it once, so lets wait until we are all together, OK?"
Campbells string toy leads the new Windstar back to the Bar where Olga puked and we found the details of the numberologist. Weird++.
Lindsey says tha tmaybe the Lexus was infected and went backtracking to where we had been. Good idea from the Lindster.
Campbell is impressed with L's idea. Campbell tries to hide the Windstar when they park near the bar.
Our heroes go looking for the Lexus in the area, but are directed to teh Bar.
They head into the bar and order some drinks. Olga vodka's up. Campbell tries to talk her way into the toilet. [That sounds just so weird ;)]. Olga does a much better job by making up some story about ear rings being lost or something. Lindsey runs into some trouble with her new pet Max in the bar, but C still gets inside and sits down and reads the toilet wall. She finds a reference to Bucks Auto.
Bucks Auto (+phone number). 'If it wont move it needs to be Bucked'. Classy. Campbell gets a 'secret' number too which noone else knows about.
Campbell looks up the name and phone number to get an address and is pointed to Bensonville (out near the airport).
Everyone heads back out to the car and people start driving towards Bensonville.
Cas and Rene get in the taxi and head off into the city towards the med center.
Cas and Rene deal on a job. Cas demands money and other benifits. Rene Balks. Cas demands medical and dental too. Rene blusters.
Rene says he doesnt like to be blackmailed.
Cas says she wants money because, unlike Rene, she doesnt have any.
Rene says that money isnt a problem and tosses his wallet at Cas. She takes the cash and hands it back.
C and R go shopping at some suspicious hole in the wall shop. Cas apparently has some contact that recomended the place and she orders 5 phones. They arrange the simplest contract, covers and activate all the phones. Rene flusters.
Having done that Cas heads off into an office supply store to get a filofax. Rene taps his foot impatiently.
Then its off to a gun shop/disposal store to get some kit such as knifes, 2* hand cuffs, 2* razor packs, a small led torch, 2* ASP batton, sewing kit, keyring led light and some other toys. Rene is shaking his head.
Cas then drags Rene to a sex shop becuase she 'wants to check something out'. Cas drags Rene in and chats to Mike, at the desk. He doesnt seem to recognise Cas and she seems stunned. Suddenly she.... (hopefully wont freeze or this will read oddly).
3 ladies and a garage full of mechanics.
Someone opens the door and they ask about the lexus. They get fobbed off, but eventually 'Buck' (one assumes) comes to the door and shows them in.
Buck tries to sell them the lexus as they ladies try and identify if it is Rene's car (although now it is pink not champagne). They look at the car, but still arnt sure. Lindsey gets them to open the boot. Campbell tries the key, but it sticks.Olga goes and tries to get i tout but cant. 3 stooges all round.
Eventually, with all the mechanics watching, they fess up to Buck and he isnt real impressed, but he lets it slide. He even helps them get the keys out of the door. He demos the 'real' keys working and ties again to sell it to them.
Campbell magics the car and gets that its mostly Rene's car. The girls flit about buying hte car. They get a card and leave. They drive a short distance, park and then talk.
