Mary calls Conrad and asks about the various prophesy. Slayers, 4 become 3 etc. Hmmm. Maybe that was the start of the prophesy, in which case, Buffy would count. Hmmm.

"Is Faith likley to be the next one? You know, if Jayde dies."

"Yes. It is quite likey. After all that would accellerate the fight between the Slayers."

"Yeah. It would."
