10 Sep 2000, Sunday 11:38pm, UCB hospital

Jayde is walking round the hospital and notices a pale woman. Delaying her slaying, she eventually follows the pale woman and her friend up to there ward where she is sick.

They chat for a bit. Jayde has nice shoes. The girl has an unnice genetic condition.

About 4am, Jayde starts awake. Oddly she's infront of the TV and isnt all 'slayer awake'. She flips it off and goes to sleep.

11 Sep 2000, Monday 10:19pm, UCB office

Jonathan wakes up and talks to Christian (a young watcher listening to techno music in the office). Christian almost wets himself and Jonathan smells fear. Christian arranged to get alex to visit while Jonathan burns more of the library.

The Watchers roll up and Jonathan says "get it out".

"We'll get some mages in to look it over."

"Hurry."

"Err, yeah, sure."

11 Sep 2000, Monday 3:39pm, Watchers

Apparently there is no sign of hope. It is hopeless. Weird. Mary collects the report she asked for and heads off to the geek house.

Mary and Casey start doing homework and late assignments.

11 Sep 2000, Monday 8:39pm, Park

Jonathan goes tot eh part and finds his 'friends'. They arnt into firetwirling at the moment, so he heads off to the geek house.

11 Sep 2000, Monday 9:31pm, Geek house

Jonathan rolls up and says that he probably didnt kill Conrad and can he watch videos. Everyone arranges some spare water nearby and a submarine manga video.

11 Sep 2000, Monday 11:57pm, Park

Jonathan gets bored and heads back to the park. He watches Dave and Susan firetwirl for a while and then they get chatting. The offer him a place to stay, a squat. 

"That's not fear as such.... mearly a byproduct" -- Rachel
