How can one describe a city, without describing the major parts?
Frederika is probably the biggest unit of change in the city. Her
plans will have a huge influence on supernatural (and mortal) life.

\subsubsection{Government}
Frederika, being a ruler, considers Governement to be the most
important element to have control of.
Government influence: Australia (current home), Germany (her residence
for a long time and home of the Deciever), Egypt (her home), England
(remains of British empire), United States of America (for
world influence).
State government influence in Australia, New South Wales to destroy the main
Camarilla incfluence in the country (Australia), Perth to make a place
for the Sabbat in that Anarch town (Australia), Queensland to keep the
Tremere there under control (Australia).
State government influence else where: London city, San Fransisco,
Washington (, Los Angels (support of Anarch Free States).
especially in the museum (Germany), Cairo (Egypt), Syndey (New South
Wales) to throw the opposition off track.

"The police are the law makers and army of this day. They shall be
under my shadow, or the law shall be lost to us."

Frederika has two companies that deal with gold, diamonds, and silver.
These are used to move money around the world and supply silver when
needed.
She has a lot of control of 2 major stock and financial companies and
light control of three others. Her age and recent time in torpor has
made it difficult to understanding the financial markets. Frederika
is making contacts to people in the area, refer to \ref{meep}.

\subsubsection{Unions}
Frederika, because of her upbringing considers unions to be benith
her station. She would rather run the unions through the governments.
\subsubsection{Schools: Universities}
Melbourne university (philosphy department especially) as the most
traditional attracts most Kindred influence, so Frederika holds
control on those Kindred who have influence here.
Monash University, as the second most important is where her control
is centered. She is behind the big push there for greater
amalgamation and the international drive.
\subsubsection{Schools}
Schools are important, a nation must have continual renewal of its
mortals.
Frederika monitors (or has others monitor) most of the major schools
in the Melbourne area. Bright students are brought to her attention
where upon she makes mental contact with them and either contacts the
student or brings them into the fold. She has extensive links in the
local education departments for this activity.
At this point, I should discuss her two approaches.
Those who, she judges, will fit into society as the next generation
of leaders, she implants some suggestions in their minds. Then she
meets them and triggers the suggestions where upon they generally
become very close friends. From here they are left to advance by
themselfs, with intervention only if they get into real trouble.
Some of the bright students tend to `win' schollarships to the more
expesive schools.
The second set, the artists and creators of the generation are left
if possible, but if their makeup is too weak to survive schooling
then they are contacted and brought to Frederika and Uri's home.
\subsubsection{Political Organisations}
Frederikas upbringing causes her to favor conservative and
traditional organisations as she finds gaining influence in these
organisations simple. She realises this weakness and is attempting to
make contacts in more modern organisations, but finds the interaction
more difficult.
\subsubsection{Religious Organisations}
Frederika has a distrust of organisations that worship Gods in these
days of modern beliefs. When she was mortal, Gods walked the Earth and
only the foolish did not believe. These days, the Gods are gone and
all that is left is the corrupt remnants of their churches. She
has difficulty with her anger when people mention `accepting God' or
similar things.

God, speak not of your God to me then."
Frederika does like churches, they make her feel at home. To this
end, she has made arrangements with a number of the older church
buildings around the town to hire the halls for her enjoyment at
nights.
\subsubsection{Crime Organisations}
Beneith her station. Others look after this area, chiefly Ingrid and
Dominque.
\subsubsection{Military}
"Soldiers are not honoured in this time. People who fight for what
they believe can only go to a greater reward." Frederika's old
perceptions have caused her to place too much incluence in the Navy
and Army with too little in the Airforce. She has blood bonded two
paratroop commanders (in one company) directly.
\subsubsection{Charities}
"Trust is the one thing that binds for life. Too many of your fellow
childred suffer. It is so easy to help, perform your duty to help
those less fortunate and gain a friend for life in one action."
Frederika has moved a lot of influence into charity circles. Out of
luck people provide a good pool of aid that is generally trust worthy.
She recognises the importance of learning from all walks of life, so
she has begun a network of streetkids, who observe all sorts of
things for her, from the crime element to ammunition with which to
control politicians. She is genuinely interested in their welfare,
and sees that they have adequate food and shelter, and is watchful
that they do not become subject to drugs.
`All under my rule will be fed.'
\subsubsection{Supernatural Creatures}
Frederika distrusts many of the supernatural creatures.
Lupines are distrusted, "Mosters, culled us when I breathed. Trust
their ways not, the beast we fight is the beast they embrace."
She knows of the Umbra and can travel there aswell as defend herself
against attacks from there.
Frederika comes from a time of Spirits free on the Earth. Remember
she is aware of them and quite knowledgable and capable of dealing
with spirits.
Wraiths that tend to hang round Methulelas are ones who want revenge or
ones who just want the dead that vampires of this age tend to generate.
Wraiths hover around Frederika, but few dare interfear.
"Demons are the friends of the Dark Hunter. All of his kind must be
put down."
"Magi can sometimes be trusted, but they should be treated with care as
they will try to use you. Use them if you can remain free from their
spell." Frederika has contacted some Verbena blood mages willing to
perform huge tasks for her blood. She has an alliance with a group of
orphan/hedge mages and contacts with the technomacers.

with feeling emotions. This alienation makes it harder and harder to
keep up to date with society. For Frederika, it manifests as
emotionless feelings, with her feelings driven onto those she
controls.
Uri has Frederika's intellectualism, Julie has her angst and feeling
for life, Dominique has her rebelion and William has her blood thrill.
One of the major points in this adventure is Frederika's attempts
to regain her zest for life.
