The Endless

The 'D' Endless

• [Death] Death hates the \wod, especially the vampires and other creatues who live off humans, ruining their lives. She may be pleasntly surprised to anyone who tries to right their interfearance in someones life, but by the time she appears, its usually too late. She gets on very well with her opposite, Conception, and the two spend a lot of time together in the \wod. Image: Death wears the hat from High Cost of Living, but also has "John Lennon" sunglasses. To supernatural creatures, these sunglasses appear normal, until you are close to her, then they appear to be made of pennys. She will react with anger to any interfearance by Vampires. Story links:
  • Obedia is "way past overdue" for Deaths attention.
  • Ingrid and her sister were both involved in Norse death rituals and her sister has crossed over from the Death realm.
  • Ingrid wants information on one of her mortal children and Death can supply it.
  • Malkavians or other insight gifted creatures may well be able to see her for what she really is, although how this would appear is beyond my imagination.
• [Despair] Much as per normal. What makes me thing that Despair must live in the \wod? Story links:
  • As the world is filled with Despair, she could anywhere.
• [Delirium] Story links:
  • Delirium may well get involved in any Wheat-Eye or other drug related stories.
  • Because of Malkavians unique insites, Derlirium may consider them her children.
• [Dream] Old or new one, your choice. Dream will ususally only appear to people in Dreams. Story links:
  • Obedia's scanning dreams may well force the intervention of Dream.
  • The Settites using the Dreaming to turn people against Ingrid (eg. Richard Puller) may also bring Dream
• [Destruction] Still wandering the earth.....
• [Destiny] Destiny more so than the other Endless dislikes the supernaturals, as they can change the Path of Life for mortals, without reguard for Fate. Because of this, he tends to be run off his feet somewhat. You should familiarise yourself with the Prophecys of this adventure. Story Links:
  • Destiny might get involved to right any 'major' wrongs, such as the destruction of possible prophecy.
• [Desire] \wod\ is evenly split between Desire and Dispair ;). Story Links:
  • Desire, unlike most of the other Endless, would be very involved in most vampire's ambitions and the like. She would probably play her games with the Undead too.

  The 'C' Endless

• [Conception] Opposite of Death, but they are really good friends and they spend a lot of time together. Conception is mostly despondant in the \wod\ and Death tries to cheer her up. Image: a pregnant woman in varying stages, but usually visibly so. Story Links:
  • She strikes me as a good hunting botch, especially if armed with a Helium laser. :)
• [Cheer] Opposite of Despair. Cheer is seen as a fool, joker or buffon in the \wod. Noone takes her seriously, no matter how hard she tries. She moonlights as a comedien. Death often appears at her performances to give her support. Image: Cheer is always joking and trying to get people involved. Cheer is dressed just like anyone else, except with slightly brighter colors.
• [Clarity] Opposite of Delirium. Clarity is a young woman with remarkable ability to see the truth behind everything. She can not be mentally influenced by any powers. Yes, I know that Delirum came from Delight, but that is the only positive 'D' Endless, so I sort of skipped it. Live with it. Image: Clarity appears as a middle aged woman, always dressed sharply with every detail of her appearance perfect. Her comments are pearcingly accurate, as you would expect. Story Links:
  • Clarity can be a good source of information, if you can track her down. She does little talking, but rather lets you talk and then just parrots back what you said to her, but in a way which makes you see it differently, for example rearraning the information in a different order.
• [Consiousness] Opposite of Dream. Consiouness is always fully awake. He has an energising effect on anyone he talks to. Image: Consiousness appears as an energised 20 year old, who is always figiting and animated. Spending time with Consiousness leaves you invigorated and energised.
• [Creation] Opposite of Destruction. Creation is a thin young artist. He always has the cutting edge of every technology and may be mistaken for a mage. Creation is worried about the lack of Destruction in the world. Things are being made, but the cycle is not being completed. Creation is worried about things like the polution created by plastics and things like that. Creation is trying to modify his creations to incorperate their own Destruction, a process that is unnatural for him. Image: A thin man who wears a business suit. People always have good ideas around Creation, and whenever he leaves a place, something is always changed. He is quite fond of Oragami. Story Links:
  • Creation would more likely be conserned with mages.
• [Choice] Opposite of Destiny. Anyone who spends time with him will see options they never dreamed of. Destiny considers choice almost as bad as supernaturals because he too can allow humans to escape Destiny's plan. The two get along very badly and try to avoid each other. Choice is almost always paralised with indecision. Of the 'C' Endless, he is the most badly effected by his role, almost as bad as Delerium. In these days of more and more information and quicker change, he is almost a wreck. Image: Choice is dressed very shabbily, incorperating two or three dress styles in his clothing. His movements are jumpy as he starts on one choice and then changes his mind. Story Links:
  • Choice will probably be present at any great choices that people have to make. He and Destiny will probably watch over events that decide which of two conflicting prophecies are to take place, although neither will want the other involved, so they tend to keep their distance.
• [Contentment] Opposite of Desire. She is always trying new things, but only half heartedly as she usually finds that she has done something like them before. Desire is aching to turn her to her ways but, naturally, is always foiled. Image: Appears as a rather bored looking young woman.
